Amenities

Tahoe Donner HOA amenities are available to home owners and guests.

Use of TD’s hiking trails is free. The ski areas and golf course are open to the public (and not free). Other amenities, such as the pools, gym, and beach at Donner Lake, are for TD members and guests only. Our "personal guests" can use the public and private amenities for a discounted fee.

They require that you be pre-registered to our account, and you can then check in at the amenity as our personal guests, show ID and pay the fee. WINTER:

Downhill Skiing and Cross Country Skiing at Tahoe Donner (rentals available)

Snowplay (sled rentals from TD are available/required)

Trout Creek Recreation Center (gym, outdoor pool and hot tubs, spa, yoga and other classes)

SUMMER:

Golf, Tennis, Equestrian Center, Bikeworks

Alder Creek Campground

Trout Creek Recreation Center (gym, outdoor pools, spa, fitness and yoga classes)

Northwoods Clubhouse (pool, bocce, Pizza on the Hill)

Donner Lake Beach & Marina - just off I-80 at the east end of Donner Lake

(kayak and SUP rentals, swimming, changing rooms & snack bar)

REGISTRATION IS NOT REQUIRED FOR:

Extensive TD hiking trail system

Pizza on the Hill, the Lodge Restaurant and Pub, Z-Marketplace

Trivia nights, Free movie nights, full moon hikes (see TD calendar)
